Background:
Kentucky Christian University sought to reinvigorate its athletic fieldhouse with a fresh and compelling visual identity that would not only elevate the facility’s aesthetics but also ignite the enthusiasm of its community, particularly potential donors. The goal was to showcase the future vision in a dynamic and immersive way to effectively drive fundraising efforts for the upgrades.

Approach:
The project kicked off with an on-site walkthrough led by the head football coach, who used his mobile phone to capture the current state of the fieldhouse. This raw footage served as the foundational content for our augmented reality (AR) overlay.

  1. Augmented Reality Visualization: Utilizing the video captured by the coach, we developed an augmented reality experience where the future enhancements were superimposed onto the existing space. This AR presentation included animated graphics, virtual posters, and signage designed to give a lifelike preview of the proposed changes and new features.

  2. Creative Design and Execution: After finalizing the AR demo, we proceeded with the actual production of the rebranding materials. This included the creation of large-format prints, wall graphics, and creatively used brand materials that reflected the university’s values and athletic spirit. Each piece was designed to transform the physical space while also telling the story of the university’s athletic ambitions.

Presentation to Stakeholders: The AR video was showcased to potential boosters and alumni during fundraising events, providing them with a virtual tour of the proposed enhancements and the impact their contributions could make. Results:
